Hello Neighbor:

I wanted to introduce the collins pub restaurant to you and your organization. The collins pub opened in April and has quickly become a neighborhood favorite for those that live and work in the Pioneer Square area. Our focus is on freshly prepared food made with the best possible ingredients, an excellent selection of Northwest beer and wine as well as a thoughtful selection of the fine spirits, all served up in our sleek, inviting dining room. Chef Addam Buzzalini has the neighborhood talking with his excellent fish and chips, hand formed hamburger, open – faced ahi tuna sandwich and market fresh fish tacos, just to mention a few. I am very proud of the collins and want to welcome everybody to the new Pioneer Square neighborhood hangout.

I would also like to make you aware of our in-house catering and banquet availability for your group for up to 150 people. Our restaurant is designed to provide private service for groups of up to sixty, and special arrangements can be made to book the whole place! Several events have already been held at the collins with great success including a fundraiser for CouncilPerson Judy Nicastro, Samis Foundation summer tenant party, Cairncross & Hempelmann, and several Avenue A and Disney/espn.com functions. Each function is individually customized to fit the specific needs of the group.
